Day 5: Masada
One of my personal favorite locations in all of Israel is the fortress built atop a mountain. The ruins today still stand between the Dead Sea and the Desert. As a lover of (ancient) history and fantasy novels, this location uncontrollably sparked my imagination.

To Jerusalem
Alrighty, everybody! We’re going to talk about the first 2 weeks in Israel. I left my hometown on July 2nd, had a 22 layover in the UK, and landed in Israel the afternoon of the 4th.
